Here is your challenge...send us an e-mail (kevin@tinderboxkitchen.com) with your most memorable dish from your childhood (or that dish you constantly feed to your family), we'll review those ideas pick one or two at a time, recreate them and put them on our menu. Make sure to leave us your e-mail address and we will let you know if your recipe was selected and when it will be served.
